nights Aberdares and Masai Mara Flying Package
This is a 6 days flying package featuring the Lonrho
Hotels, including a night at The Ark right at the heart of
Aberdare National Park, a day at leisure at the Aberdare Country
Club, which has an enviable reputation for hospitality and
excellent cuisine, not to mention the various optional
activities. You will then fly over the Rift Valley to Kenya's
most popular Game Sanctuary, Maasai Mara Game Reserve. At the
Mara, accommodation will be at the Luxurious Mara Safari Club.
Departures are Daily.
Day 1. Nairobi/Aberdare
Depart Nairobi Wilson Airport and fly to Nanyuki airstrip
arriving at 1000hrs. Transfer to Aberdare Country Club for
lunch. Afternoon transfer to The Ark for overnight floodlit game
viewing. Dinner and overnight at The Ark Hotel.
Day 2. Aberdare
Drive back to Aberdare Country Club after breakfast. Full day at
leisure. The Club offers a choice of activities including horse
riding, game and safari walks, fishing, game drives in Mount
Kenya National Park, Solio Ranch, Sweetwaters and the Salient
within the Aberdare National Park as well as bush meals. Meals
and overnight at club.
Day 3. Maasai Mara
Depart Aberdare Country Club in the morning and transfer to the
airstrip for schedule flight to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. On
arrival transfer to Mara Safari Club. After lunch you will take
an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Safari
Club.
Day 4 & 5. Maasai Mara
Two full days in Masai Mara. For game views, landscape and sheer
beauty, this is the most spectacular of all Kenyan parks and
reserves. While in Mara, an optional visit to a local Maasai
village will be worth your time. All meals and overnight at Mara
Safari Club.
Day 6. Nairobi
Transfer to the airstrip for schedule flight back to Nairobi to
arrive approx 1215hrs. Drop at your hotel or transfer to the
airport for onward flight home.

While at Masai
Mara, you have a chance to experience Hot air balloon safari.
